When looking for locations for fall family photos, the default is to head to Greenville or further into the mountains. Easley Citizen would like to share six places right here in town where you can capture some amazing fall-themed portraits.
#1 – Downtown Easley
The historic Clock Tower, the Old Market Square, Christopherson Park, and the amphitheater all create a beautiful backdrop regardless of the season. However, the city has seasonal landscaping of mums and other fall flowers as well. There is ample free parking, and no photographer fees!

#2 – Arran Farm
If you’re looking for a rustic farm look with a beautiful backdrop of rolling hills, Arran Farm is the perfect spot. There is a barn and an open-air chapel on the property. A professional photographer can rent the space for just outdoor photos, or include indoor barn photos. This venue is available by appointment only, so visit their website for more information here.

#3 – Doodle Trail
If you’re looking for a paved road, covered in leaves, and surrounded by fall foliage, the Easley side of the Doodle Trail is a pretty option. It is free and pet friendly. If you’re up for a .5 – 1-mile walk, there are some split rail fences and a footbridge for some variety as well.

#4 – Winslett’s Produce Market
The easiest place for fall photos in Easley is Winslett’s Produce Farm. They have a pumpkin patch in the front, Halloween decor, tractors, a field of sunflowers, and a wooden pallet maze. All are available to use for free as backdrops. If you have a family with small children and need a quick photo session, drop by Winslett’s.

#5 – Hunter Farms
You probably know Hunter Farm for their strawberry picking in the spring, but they have a location down the road set up for fall photos with pumpkins and hay bales as well. This venue is available by appointment for photographer rentals. If you’re looking for a quiet place for family photos, reach out to Eric Hunter on Facebook for availability and pricing.

#6 – Nalley Brown Nature Park
If you’re looking for a gorgeous walking trail that loops through the forest with wooden bridges and boardwalks in the woods, this is the perfect spot. Once the leaves start turning and falling, this park will be a picturesque fall wonderland. This hidden gem right here in Easley is free and open year-round.
